Are Baby Boomers still relevant?

I am poised to reach a milestone birthday that many would say, makes me an official geezer from a pure numbers point of view.

Let’s just say I now have a Medicare card.

And with all the talk and articles about how to reach Millennials, the right and wrong ways to incorporate and use social media coupled with all the ads for Viagra, wrinkle removers and hair transplants, people in the advertising business could be led to believe we Baby Boomers are becoming irrelevant.

After all we are a society that worships youth and good looks and tends to find ways to marginalize the older population.

I’ve got news for you folks.

Watch this then ask yourself if we’re not an important consumer group any more.
